W2 Energy Inc. to Pursue Joint Venture With Better World Energy Co., Ltd.
NEW YORK, NY, Jun 16 (MARKET WIRE) --
W2 Energy Inc. (PINKSHEETS: WTWO) (FRANKFURT: WJD) and Better World
Energy of Thailand are pleased to announce the formation of a joint venture
to build one waste-to-energy plant which will convert 40 tons of municipal
waste into electricity and 70 cetane synthetic diesel. The plants will use W2
Energy's proprietary plasma and gas to liquid technologies and Better World
Energy's expertise in developing waste-to-energy plants.

The joint venture will pay W2 Energy for design, construction, delivery
andcommissioning of the waste-to-energy plant, which will produce approximately

barrels of synthetic diesel per day and will have a 5 MW steam turbine for
electricity production.

implement sustainable and renewable energy sources worldwide. Both companies
