Horseshoe Casino to Host World Series of Poker(R) Circuit Tournament October

World Series of Poker Circuit Event Hits Chicago
CHICAGO, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The new 500 million-dollar Horseshoe
casino, just 20 minutes from downtown Chicago, announces that the high-stakes
action of the World Series of Poker, the richest sporting event on the planet,
is coming to Horseshoe Casino for the first time from Friday, October 24, 2008
to Sunday, November 2, 2008.

Held in the state-of-the-art entertainment center, The Venue at Horseshoe
Casino, The World Series of Poker Circuit schedule for Horseshoe Casino will
include thirteen tournament events, with buy-ins ranging from $300 up to
$5,000 for the no-limit hold' em finale. Registration will begin at 9:00 on
October 24, 2008.
The winner of the $5,000 championship will win cash plus a seat to the
World Series of Poker Main Event, valued at $10,000, at the Rio All-Suites
Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas in summer 2009.
