Dori Media Group Ltd. ("DMG", "Dori Media" or "the Company"), the international
media company active in the field of television, with a focus on production,
distribution, broadcasting and merchandising of Telenovela would like to
disclose the following share dealing by two directors of Dori Media.

On 9 July 2009, under the terms of the open offer announced by DMG on June 4,
Mr. Michael Rosenberg, a Non-Executive Independent Director of Dori Media,
purchased 1,925 shares at a price of 52p. per share to take his total holding to
24,025 ordinary shares which is 0.09% of the issued share capital.

Mr. Nathaniel Sebag-Montefiore, also Non-Executive Independent Director of Dori
Media, purchased 1,032 Ordinary shares of 0.1NIS each at a price of 52p. per
share under the terms of the open offer. Mr. Sebag-Montefiore now has a total
holding of 8,032 ordinary shares, which is 0.03% of the issued share capital.

Dori Media Group`s total shares outstanding currently stands at 25,569,890
Ordinary Shares.
