Harry Malinowski named Chief Restructuring Officer of Testwell, Inc.

CHICAGO, July 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Gerald P. Buccino, Chairman and CEO is
pleased to announce that Harry Malinowski, a Managing Director in the firm's
New York office, has been named CRO of Testwell, Inc. ("the Company").

The Company filed its voluntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy
Court for the
Southern District of New York on May 17th, 2009.

Mr. Malinowski, in his capacity as CRO will direct and oversee all business
operations and will review and develop alternatives to maximize value for all
