Aquatrove Presents Positive Data on Conceive Plus at 65th Annual Meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine

Aquatrove Biosciences, Inc. presented positive results from a study
demonstrating that the technology used in Conceive Plus may assist trying to
conceive couples. These data were recently presented at the 65th Annual Meeting
of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

This preclinical study was designed to measure the impact of Aquatrove`s novel
calcium and magnesium containing vaginal lubricants on sperm motility,
viability, and function. Results demonstrated that the lubricant technology
developed by Aquatrove successfully supplies essential ions critical to
fertilization and indicated that it does not interfere with sperm viability or
function. This is a key differentiating factor among marketed lubricants, as the
