Free Beta Trial Starts Today
AUSTIN, Texas--(Business Wire)--Mumboe(TM) today announced the launch of www.mumboe.com, marking
the official debut of the company's new name, corporate identity and
product strategy. Founded in 2005 as FineTooth, Inc., Mumboe aims to
help corporate customers securely create, store, track and manage
their important business agreements online. A free Beta Trial of the
Mumboe application starts today and is available immediately to
customers who register on the site.

According to G. Walter Loewenbaum, Mumboe's chairman and chief
executive officer, the name "Mumboe" is a reference to the complex
legal language that often obscures important information contained in
business agreements. "Business agreements of all types contain key
information, dates and commitments that are critical to a company's
success, but that information often gets lost in the 'mumbo jumbo' of
contract language," says Loewenbaum. "Mumboe's goal is to help our
customers cut through this complexity and gain a clear view of their
business commitments."

Under its former name, FineTooth, Inc., the company used its
proprietary natural language processing technology to help enterprise
organizations retrieve key information stored in thousands of
contracts. However, in talking to customers, Loewenbaum says a new
picture began to emerge. "We realized that most of our customers were
frustrated by the complexity of typical contract management
applications. They wanted something simpler and more affordable that
they could begin using immediately."

   The Demand for On-Demand Software

While several companies offer contract management software, these
applications often require significant budget and manpower to install
and manage. In contrast, Mumboe customers will enjoy immediate access
to a secure online application using only a standard Internet
connection and web browser, a model known as "on-demand" software or
"software as a service." According to a recent report by TripleTree,
LLC (www.triple-tree.com), a research-based investment bank focused on
technology and business services, companies offering on-demand
applications are growing at 3-5 times the rate of traditional
enterprise software vendors and will profoundly impact the technology
industry by surpassing $40 billion in the coming years.

   Free Beta Trial

With the launch of the Mumboe Beta Trial today, customers can
begin using Mumboe to manage their business agreements immediately,
with no purchase or long-term commitment required. The Beta program
provides registered users with secure, centralized storage for up to
1,000 agreements or 2 GB of storage, and supports an unlimited number
of users per organization and multiple agreement types.

In return for their participation, Beta Customers get free use of
the product during the Beta period, plus another three months free

addition, Mumboe Beta customers will receive free guided training and
