Re: Suspension of NAV

The Directors of Hedge Vision Japan Fund (the "Fund") wish to announce that they
intend to suspend the calculation of the Net Asset Value ("NAV") of 31 January,
2008, per share.

This is due to a significant redemption by the seed investor of the Fund to be
processed at the NAV of January 31, 2008, pursuant to an Agreement that the Fund
has with the seed investor, and providing the seed investor with special rights.
