Green Globe International, Inc. Issues July 2009 Newsletter Highlighting
Agreement With Green Seal and Appointment of New Director
Publication also includes Question and Answer feature with new director
Anoosheh Mostafaei and report on recent appearance at NPE2009

MURRIETA, Calif., July 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Green Globe International,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: GGII), the worldwide owner of the Green Globe brand, today
issued the July 2009 edition of its shareholder newsletter, which highlights
the company's recently announced agreement with Green Seal, the premier
independent eco-label in the United States.  Green Globe's preliminary
agreement with Green Seal outlines the parties' intention to explore
opportunities for the two brands to collaborate to promote sustainability on a
global scale.

The newsletter also reviews the appointment of a new director, Anoosheh
Mostafaei, the president and co-founder of Ship & Shore Environmental, Inc. 
Ms. Mostafaei is featured in a question and answer article, in which she
discusses a variety of topics, including the growing need for Green Globe's
products and services and Ship & Shore's recent appearance at the NPE2009
international plastics exposition.
