Aviva Investors North America appoints Charles Preseau as Chief Financial Officer
DES MOINES, Iowa--(Business Wire)-- Aviva Investors North America, Inc. has named Charles "Chuck" Preseau as Chief Financial Officer. Preseau will report to Chief Executive Officer Greg Boal and will be based in Des Moines, IA. In this role, Preseau will lead all finance and operations functions for Aviva Investors North America. "Chuck`s addition fills a key leadership position in our management team," CEO Boal said. "He is an accomplished financial executive in the asset management industry and will be a strong leader as we grow our global business." Preseau joins Aviva Investors from Promark Global Advisors (formerly General Motors Asset Management) in New York, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In this role, he directed all aspects of the finance and business planning departments as well as the client and investment fund accounting and reporting functions. His 24-year career includes the position of CFO/European Operations at General Motors Acceptance Corp., where he was responsible for the finance activities in 19 countries across Europe. While at General Motors Acceptance Corp., he held the positions of Assistant Controller, Assistant Comptroller and Assistant General Auditor. His experience includes the role of Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche in Detroit. Preseau is a Certified Public Accountant.
