Richard Shilts, Director, Division of Market Oversight, CFTC, and Robert Levin, Managing Director of Energy and Metals, CME to Address LDC Gas Forum in Southern California

TradeFair Group announced today that Richard Shilts, Director, Division of
Market Oversight, CFTC, and Robert Levin, Managing Director of Energy and
Metals, CME will be delivering the Regulatory Roundtable session at the LDC Gas
Forum Rockies & West, October 12 - 14, 2009, at the Hyatt Regency Irvine.
Theirpresentation is entitled "The Future of Energy Futures," and is scheduled
for Tuesday, October 13, at 3:30 pm.

Richard Shilts is the Deputy Director for Market and Product Review of the
CFTC`s Division of Market Oversight. In his lengthy career at the CFTC, Mr.
Shilts has served in numerous senior management roles, including Division
Director. He has played a key role in many Commission initiatives and in policy
formation. The Division` of Market Oversight is responsible for the CFTC`s
surveillance of trading activity on U.S. exchanges to detect market manipulation
and protect traders from abuses, the approval of new futures exchanges and
ongoing audits of their compliance with regulatory requirements, reviews of new
futures and option products, and the implementation of recently enacted laws
related to significant price discovery contracts on exempt markets. In addition,
the Division provides policy advice to the Commission on all matters related to
the oversight of regulated exchanges and issues related to derivatives trading
in the U.S. to ensure that the Commission`s regulatory programs reflect evolving
market conditions and do not impede competition. Mr. Shilts has Bachelors and
Master Degrees in Economics from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland,
Ohio. 

Robert Levin was appointed Managing Director, Energy Research & Product
Development of CME Group in August 2008. He oversees all energy and metals
product development. Levin joined NYMEX in 1987, and was promoted to Senior Vice
President of Research in 1993. Prior to joining NYMEX, Levin worked in the
policy planning and analysis office of the U.S. Department of Energy. He also
worked at the University of New Mexico`s Institute of Applied Research Services
overseeing work which concentrated on energy issues. Levin holds a Ph.D. in
economics from the University of New Mexico and an undergraduate degree from the
University of Rochester.
