National Survey Ranks Best Online Business Colleges for Cost and Affordability

ESSEX JUNCTION, Vt.--(Business Wire)--
GetEducated.com, http://www.geteducated.com, a consumer group that rates and
ranks online colleges for cost and credibility, has released the results of its
national survey of the most affordable regionally accredited online bachelor`s
degrees in business and management. 

Online students should be prepared to pay as little as $11,880 or as much as
$103,500 for a distance learning bachelor`s in business, according to
GetEducated.com`s survey of 83 business colleges offering a total of 391 online
bachelor`s degrees. 

Premiering as the number one most affordable online business degree: East
Carolina University (North Carolina) with a modest cost of $11,880 for an online
bachelor`s for state residents. Out-of-state residents will pay significantly
more ($54,480) for the same degree via distance learning. The University of
Wyoming`s bachelor`s in business administration ranked #2 at $16,080 for all
online students regardless of their state of residency. 

Average cost nationwide for a regionally accredited, online business bachelor`s
degree: $43,241. 

This year, GetEducated rated online business degree programs with letter grades
of "A" through "F" in an effort to help consumers find their best bargains in
online education. 

The University of Phoenix, America`s largest online business school, earned a
"D-minus" for affordability, based on a sticker price of $64,800. 

Drexel University (New York) earned an "F" by topping the price chart as the
most expensive business school at $103,500 for its Bachelor of Science in
General Studies/Business. 

GetEducated.com`s other top ranked best values in distance learning business
degrees, all of which earned an "A": 

Florida International University, Florida ($19,552 for Florida residents)
Fort Hays State University, Kansas ($19,960)
Thomas Edison State College, New Jersey ($21,130)
Empire State College of SUNY, New York ($21,380)
Rogers State University, Oklahoma ($23,659)
