product line as The Smarter Sponge(TM). The new trademark will promote and
support SpongeTech(R)'s unique and innovative reusable cleaning product line
that includes the Car Care, Child Care, Home Care and Pet Care sponges. This
new slogan will convey a clear message to the consumers that there are no
other products like SpongeTech(R)'s products in the marketplace.

SpongeTech(R)'s "one-step" delivery technology saves you time and money and

the hydrophilic foam product and releases when the sponge is soaked and
