The Rotary Beijing Christmas Bazaar
The China Guide ( http://www.TheChinaGuide.com ) is helping out this holiday
season by donating tickets to some of the best Beijing entertainment
BEIJING, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- The China Guide will work with The
Rotary Club Beijing this Christmas to help raise money for those in need. The
China Guide will be donating tickets to popular Beijing shows including Peking
Opera, the Chaoyang Acrobatic Show and the Beijing Kung Fu show. These
tickets will be offered as raffle prizes to guests attending the Rotary
Christmas Bazaar.
These Beijing shows are a highlight for travelers who visit Beijing and
for city locals. The performances showcase China's culture in a modern way
that is great for all ages, kids especially. Each show has a nightly
performance and they are available all year.
This year's Rotary Christmas Bazaar will be held on November 21st and 28th
at a new location in the Beijing Marriot Hotel Northeast. The Bazaar has a
completely new look and an exciting variety of interesting new products. To
help with Beijing holiday shopping, they have fresh new items from around the
world as well as from around the corner. While guests do their Christmas
shopping at the Bazaar, they can take a break and sample the free beauty, hair
and health treatments being offered. Gilbert Van Kerckhove, The Beijing
Rotary's President Elect and Fundraising Committee Chair adds, "Husbands can
enjoy a food and wine tasting while the kids take pictures with Santa and
visit the play area which will be staffed with play and music education
specialists. The Rotary Club has even included something for the family pet."
This year, The Christmas Bazaar will also be featuring a garage sale in
which 100% of the proceeds go to benefit the numerous children's health and
education initiatives that the Rotary Club of Beijing supports. Visitors can
be prepared to pick up some new treasures which will benefit those in need.
The Rotary Club will also have a holiday raffle with very interesting prizes
ranging from Nokia phones to Tibetan carpets!
