Parlay Launches Parlay Game Services

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, Jul 13 (MARKET WIRE) --
Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE: PEI), the world's leading
supplier of Internet and TV bingo software solutions, is pleased to
announce the launch of Parlay Game Services in Alderney. This follows the
granting of a full eGambling License to Parlay Games Limited by the
Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Parlay Games Limited is an Alderney
based subsidiary of Parlay Entertainment.

The granting of the full eGambling License follows on last year's
acceptance of Parlay Entertainment's software for operation within
Alderney. At the time, Parlay was required to demonstrate that its
software complies with Alderney's rigorous operating requirements and
high standards of regulation. The acceptance of Parlay software for
operation within Alderney - a UK 'white listed' jurisdiction - came in
addition to Parlay's existing gaming licenses and certifications in
Malta, the UK and the Isle of Man.
