announce that it has been selected to serve as counsel for the Retiree
Committee of Hayes Lemmerz Corporation ("Hayes Lemmerz"). Hayes Lemmerz is
one of the world's largest automotive and commercial highway steel and
aluminum wheel manufacturer. On May 11, 2009, Hayes Lemmerz and twenty-three
of its affiliates and subsidiaries filed for bankruptcy reorganization.
