TAM Has International Market Share of 86.7% in June

Our domestic market share in June was 44.8%

SAO PAULO, July 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TAM
(NYSE: TAM, BOVESPA: TAMM4) announces its operating data for June 2009, as
disclosed by the Brazilian National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) today.

Our domestic demand, measured in RPKs, presented 0.8% growth compared to
the same period last year, and 4.7% increase in domestic supply, measured in
ASK. In June, market demand increased 9.4% and market supply increased 11.9%.
We registered domestic market share (RPK) of 44.8%, a 3.8 p.p. decrease
compared to the same period in 2008. Our domestic load factor was 64.7%, 0.8
p.p. lower than the market average of 65.4%.
In the international market, we registered 18.1% growth in RPK and 25.5%
in ASK, compared to June 2008. We attained market share of 86.7%, representing
11.4 p.p. growth year on year. We attained 68.3% load factor, 2.8 p.p. higher
than the market average of 65.5%.
