Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. ("PSI") (Nasdaq: PSYS) today announced it will
release its second quarter 2009 earnings on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 after the
market close. Psychiatric Solutions will conduct a conference call with
institutional investors and analysts at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 29,
2009. Additionally, a live broadcast of the earnings conference call will be
available at www.psysolutions.com in the "Investors" section of the website or
at www.earnings.com. The webcast of the conference call will be available
