Professional Bank names Scott A. Poulin, Senior Vice President, Wealth
Management; Philip (Flip) Gassman and Daniel R. Martinez both as Senior Vice
President, Private Banking.

Scott A. Poulin, Senior Vice President, Wealth Management

Scott A. Poulin brings more than 22 years of Trust and Investment Management
experience with over ten years at Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust. Mr. Poulin
manages investment portfolios, trusts and tax deferred accounts for select
institutional, endowment, foundation and high net worth clients utilizing an
Open Architecture investment platform. Moreover, he and his staff are
responsible for the delivery of all investment services including asset
allocation, manager selection and performance measurement.

Mr. Poulin received his MBA from the University of Miami, his BS from Babson
College and his National Trust School Degree from Kellogg School of Management
at Northwestern University. Mr. Poulin and his family are actively involved in
the St. Hugh Catholic Church. He is a member of the Miami Dade Estate Planning
Council and the South Dade Estate Planning Council.

Philip (Flip) Gassman, Senior Vice President, Private Client Services

Philip "Flip" Gassman brings more than 21 years of financial industry experience
to Professional Bank, including eight years at Gibraltar Private Bank and Trust
Company as Senior Vice President, Private Banking. Mr. Gassman quickly became a
top producer and Market Manager of the bank's downtown division, the largest and
most profitable office in that bank's system. Prior to that, he was a wealth
management advisor for both Paine Webber and J.B. Hanauer.

Mr. Gassman graduated from the University of Arizona in 1986, where he received
a B.S. in Business Administration. Mr. Gassman's interests include tennis, golf,
running and coaching his two boys' youth sports teams. He also served as a board
member and big brother for Big Brother/Big Sisters of Greater Miami and as
Treasurer and Board member of Wings over Miami Air Museum.

Daniel R. Martinez, Senior Vice President, Private Client Services

Daniel R. Martinez brings more than 17 years of private banking experience to
Professional Bank including eight years at Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust where
he was Senior Vice President and Market Manager for the South Miami and Coral
Gables area. He was responsible for one of the largest depository offices within
the company and managed a staff of twelve.

Mr. Martinez graduated from Nova Southeastern University where he received a
Bachelors of Science in Business Management.

He is a past board member for Amigos for Kids and is a current board member of
board of St. John Neumann Catholic School and the Christopher Columbus High
School, where he attended. In 2004, Mr. Martinez was named by South Florida
C.E.O. Magazine as a "Next Generation Up and Comer." Mr. Martinez is also
involved with Mercy Hospital as one of its co-host committee member for their
annual "Havana Casino Nights" fundraiser.
