Attorney`s Practice to Emphasize Real Estate, Leasing and Collections

The law firm of Williams Kastner is pleased to announce the addition of Paul
Battaglia to its Seattle office. Mr. Battaglia, who joins the firm as Of
Counsel, will focus his practice on matters related to real estate, leasing, and
collections. He has 18 years of experience representing lenders, creditors,
property owners, property managers, and businesses in litigation and work-outs.

Mr. Battaglia earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in
1991 and his B.A. from the University of Puget Sound in 1986. He is licensed to
practice in state, federal and bankruptcy courts in Washington.
