GRENOBLE,France & NETANIA, Israel--(Business Wire)--
Pursuing its strategy of being global and close to their markets, Dolphin
Integration (Paris:ALDOL) has opened last week a new facility in Netania,
Israel, to better serve users and partners. Its focus is to enrich the
competencies of the Group`s product lines in advanced memories, analog and mixed
signal circuits.

The launching phase has already started with a couple of experienced
specialists.

Among the diverse reasons motivating this initiative, the availability in Israel
of numerous highly skilled designers comes first. This professional density
relying on a true entrepreneurial spirit is the foundation for an exceptional
basis of Semiconductor Fabless Suppliers. Such a density in turn ensures the
presence of marketing analysts with a rare understanding of the worldwide
opportunities for Virtual Components of Intellectual Property.

Additionally, the proximity of numerous traditional users of Dolphin products
shall offers new opportunities for partaking in joint R&D projects.

This launch of DOLPHIN Integration Ltd. complements the earlier founding of
DOLPHIN Integration GmbH in Duisburg, Germany, specialized in MEMS modeling and
simulation, and of DOLPHIN Integration Inc. in Montreal, Quebec, specialized in
embedded Inductorless Power Regulators.

For the board of directors.
