Wataire to Pursue Listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Wataire International, Inc. (the "Company" or "Wataire") (OTCBB: WTAR)
today announced that it has begun the process of listing the company's
shares on the Deutsche Borse (Frankfurt Stock Exchange) subject to the
Exchanges approval.

Since the Company's earlier announcement on October 5, 2009, management
has reviewed a number of Foreign and European exchanges and has selected
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to be the company's gateway into the European
market. The Company has initiated the preparation of documentation
required to facilitate the listing process.
