Power Sports Factory Inc. Demonstrates Its Solar Powered Bike Sharing Station at
Philadelphia's City Hall

PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 5, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Power Sports Factory, Inc.
(OTCBB:PSPF) demonstrated its Bike Sharing System during Philadelphia's "Bike
The Strike" rally. Today's "Bike The Strike" event was a coordinated effort
between Power Sports Factory, CityRyde and the Philadelphia Bicycle Coalition to
help alleviate issues raised by the Philadelphia Transit Strike.

"We are very excited to be part of a solution to help commuters during the
Transit strike in Philadelphia. Since the launch of our new division --
BikeShareSource, we have received multiple requests from municipalities,
colleges and community activist groups to use our Bike Sharing System as a
method to reduce congestion in urban areas. On November 4th, 2009, the citizens
and commuters of Philadelphia had the opportunity to witness and test an actual
demonstration of fully operational Bike Sharing System," said Shawn Landgraf,
CEO of Power Sports Factory, Inc. "Our management team, along with CityRyde, are
pursuing multiple grassroots marketing initiatives to promote our Bike Sharing
Deployments in North America and Worldwide. Our goal is to become a worldwide
leader in rapidly developing Bike Sharing Industry."

"Bike Sharing Deployments have changed the way people think about their commute
in cities all over the world," said Timothy Ericson, CEO and Co-Founder of
CityRyde, the largest and most well recognized bike sharing consulting firm in
the world. "We demonstrated to the residents of Philadelphia affected by the
transit strike that there are alternative forms of transportation. If
Philadelphia had a bike sharing system during this transit strike, there would
be a significant decrease in the amount of congestion and commuter related
headaches."
