 WHY:          There are really two stories revealed in this documentary. In addition to Ms. Monkute-Marks` story is the story of how the film came to be, thanks to a new production company, CERISE FILMS, founded and headed by Gail Gilbert, independent filmmaker and former editor, Chicago Magazine, and the subject`s own daughter-in-law, Dorothy Mackevich Marks, who served as executive producer.
