New contract with wellness360.com launches Neudesic's advertising network into
the health and fitness vertical

IRVINE, Calif., Nov. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Neudesic, a leading Microsoft National
Systems Integrator and Gold Certified Partner that is currently ranked on both
the Inc. 5000 and CRN Fast-Growth 100, announced today that its Media Group,
which focuses on online advertising in the technology vertical, has been
awarded a new internet advertising contract with Aperture Health.

Aperture Health's wellness360.com web site and eNewsletter are the latest in a
series of web site publisher expansions for Neudesic Media Group. Neudesic's
network began with Microsoft's suite of technology community web sites, and
expanded in July of 2009 to include the likes of MSDN.com and Technet.com.
With Aperture Health's announcement of a new print magazine directed at its
member network, Neudesic's advertising launch for wellness360.com comes at an
excellent time.

"Finding committed partners is as important as creating the right product,"
said Thomas Banks, CEO of Aperture Health, Inc. "The alliance between
Aperture and Neudesic represents an unprecedented synergy of talent, vision
and a commitment to making healthcare more accessible and affordable," added
Banks.

"November marks the inaugural issue of Aperture's magazine, wellness360,
representing the largest launch of a health and wellness publication in
history being delivered to 400,000+ enrolled California members," said Banks.
"Aperture's wellness360 magazine is the final component to our integrated
media strategy that recognizes even in 2009, the Internet is not the only
source of information, print is and will be viable for a long time," added
Banks.

"Neudesic Media Group has enjoyed great success in representing top tier web
properties for the technology vertical, and plans to continue growing its ad
network offering with top tier internet properties," said Phil Scott, Neudesic
Media Group's General Manager. "Our success in pursuing publisher expansion
efforts has led to explosive growth, with the addition of seven top tier
Microsoft web sites and more on the way. Pursuing the health and fitness
vertical is our next logical step, offering a wider range of targeted,
specialty web properties to internet marketers looking for high impact, brand
safe advertising space."
