CareTech to Provide Web Services to Novant Health's Ten Hospitals, 1,100
Physician Medical Group and Regional Outpatient Centers
CareTech Solutions to Implement CareWorks CMS(TM) at Novant's Corporate and
Hospital Websites, its Medical Group Websites and its Physician Portals

TROY, Mich., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CareTech Solutions,

announced today it has signed an agreement to provide Web Services to Novant
Health (www.NovantHealth.org) based in North Carolina.

CareTech Solutions will be implementing its content management system and
providing secure hosting for Novant Health's ten hospital websites as well as
redeveloping the corporate Website, physician portals and physician practice
websites.

CareTech will utilize its CareWorks CMS(TM)()product - a module-based engine
for building full-featured hospital websites - to migrate existing webpages
and work with the Novant Health Web Center team to create customizable,
engaging and patient friendly websites for the not-for-profit health system.
Once complete, functionality on Novant Health's public-facing websites will
include a gift shop, an online forum, a chat room and blog and e-greeting
cards. CareTech Solutions will work with the Novant Health Web Center team to
expand and enhance Novant Health's existing online offerings, including its
giving and donations, bill payment, patient preregistration, class
registration, physician finder and appointment request form interfaces.
CareTech will also work with the Novant Health Web Center team to expand
Novant Health's online multimedia and video capabilities.
