S. H. Resources and Development Corporation Announces Sale of Piedmont Plaza Shopping Center

GREER, S.C.--(Business Wire)--
S.H. Resources and Development Corporation announces that Piedmont
Plaza Shopping Center, located at 1326 W. Wade Hampton Blvd, Greer, SC
29650, has been sold to Passco Greer Piedmont, LLC for an undisclosed
sum consisting of cash and a medium-term note.

Piedmont Plaza Shopping Center was sold by Greer/Piedmont Joint
Venture, in which S.H. Resources holds an indirect one-third interest.
