Internet Capital Group to Announce Second Quarter Results July 30th Before Market Opens

Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE) will release the financial results for its
second quarter ended June 30, 2009 on Thursday, July 30, 2009, before the market
opens.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss the second quarter on
Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Participating on the conference call
will be Walter Buckley, ICG`s chairman and chief executive officer, and Kirk
Morgan, chief financial officer of the Company. The domestic dial-in number for

The Company will also host a live web cast for the call with an attached slide
