VIDEO FEED: Governor Rendell Signs New State Budget

The Pennsylvania Satellite News Service will provide a satellite video
feed from 8:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (20:30 - 20:45 Eastern) TONIGHT, Friday, July
4, of Governor Edward G. Rendell signing the new, $28.3 billion state budget
for the fiscal year that began July 1. The budget makes major new investments
in energy, education and infrastructure that will benefit Pennsylvanians for
decades to come.
