Former Director of Business Development for ITT Night Vision Joins Xenonics

today that Larry Curfiss, Vice President and Director of Business
Development for ITT Night Vision from 2000 until his retirement in
2007, has been named a Consultant and Chairman of the Company's newly
formed Advisory Board.

Division from 1986 to 1993.
