Baker Makes Vice President Engineering Appointments
PITTSBURGH--(Business Wire)-- Michael Baker Jr., Inc., an engineering unit of Michael Baker Corporation (NYSE Amex:BKR), announced today that it has promoted the following individuals to vice president positions. The appointments include: * Beth A. Drylie - vice president and office principal in the Virginia Beach, Va., office. She is currently responsible for Transportation design in Virginia and Construction Management Services in the Mid-Atlantic area. She was previously an assistant vice president. * Eric D. Frary, P.E. - vice president and North Region Transportation operations manager in Horsham, Pa. He oversees Baker`s Transportation engineering business in southeastern Pennsylvania including office locations in Allentown, Horsham and Philadelphia. * Gary L. Kettler - vice president and Federal business line manager in the Alexandria, Va., office. His current and continued focus is expanding Baker`s presence and participation in the federal non-defense related sector. * David M. Martin, R.A. - vice president and national director of operations for the Facilities business line. He is located in the company`s Moon Township, Pa., office. He was previously assistant vice president and director of Facility Planning and Design for the Pittsburgh Region. * Paul M. Prideaux, P.E. - vice president and Southern Region Transportation operations manager. He is located in the company's Richmond, Va., office and oversees a multidiscipline staff of engineers, planners and environmental professionals servicing public and private clients in the areas of transportation planning and infrastructure design. He is also the director of Baker`s role in the Virginia Department of Transportation`s Northern Virginia MegaProjects General Engineering Consultant contract. * Richard A. Robyak, P.E. - vice president and regional manager for the Harrisburg, Pa., office. He formerly served as director of Planning and Technical Services in Baker`s Princeton, N.J., office. * Steven F. Wilson, P.E. - vice president of Pittsburgh Transportation located in Moon Township, Pa. He also currently serves as the national highways technical service manager and director of project management. In addition, the following individuals have been appointed to assistant vice president positions: * Michael Conrad - assistant vice president and office principal located in the Sacramento, Calif., office, responsible for Baker`s Water Resources in Sacramento, Calif., and Reno, Nev. * Sam S. Darghous, P.E. - assistant vice president of Water Resources in the Phoenix, Ariz., office. He currently serves as program manager for Baker's Border Management and Tactical Infrastructure Contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers. He also serves as the Baker lead for Border Management Services and related activities within the Homeland Security market. * Ronald W. Kretz R.A. - assistant vice president and Architecture-Engineering operations manager for the Pittsburgh Facilities Department,located in the company`s Moon Township, Pa., office. He was previously the Department`s director of Architecture. * Lois M. Muller, P.E., PMP - assistant vice president, International, in the Moon Township, Pa., office. She is also Deputy Program Manager for Baker`s USACE Transatlantic Programs Center (TAC) contract, and continues to manage projects throughout TAC`s Area of Responsibility (AOR). * Cory A. Wilder - assistant vice president, Water Resources, in the Phoenix, Ariz., office. He was previously an engineering manager in Water Resources.
