Change of Ownership will Herald Store Transformation and New Assortments of
Famous Levi`s and Dockers Products at Great Prices
DENVER--(Business Wire)--
Levi Strauss & Co. (LS&CO.), the company that designs and markets Levi`s and
Dockers apparel, today announced it has acquired the Levi`s and Dockers outlet
stores located at 14500 W. Colfax Avenue in the Colorado Mills Mall; 309L
Rainbow Dr. in the Prime Outlets at Silverthorne; and 5050 Factory Shops Blvd.
in the Prime Outlets at Castle Rock. The purchase is part of the company`s
acquisition of Levi`s and Dockers Outlet by MOST stores nationwide operated by
Anchor Blue Retail Group, Inc.

The new ownership will mean substantial changes at these store in the future
that will benefit consumers who shop at the Colorado Mills Mall; Prime Outlets
at Silverthorne; and Prime Outlets at Castle Rock Levi`s and Dockers stores.
Product assortments will be upgraded during the coming weeks, with significant
changes in time for the holiday season. The stores will also feature a new logo
and signage on the exterior and throughout the store. The store environment,
including fitting rooms, also will be upgraded.

The purchase of the Colorado Mills Mall; Prime Outlets at Silverthorne; and
Prime Outlets at Castle Rock stores was part of an acquisition of 73 Levi`s and
Dockers Outlet by MOST stores, located across the country, from Anchor Blue
Retail Group, Inc., which recently filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The sale was
completed on July 13, 2009. The purchase includes the inventory, fixtures and
equipment at each of the stores.

The location and operating hours of the stores will remain the same. The
Colorado Mills Mall store is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and
Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Prime Outlets at Silverthorne store is open Monday
through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Prime
Outlets at Castle Rock store is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
