recently honored with the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award in the
Real Estate/Hospitality/Construction category for the Southwest Area North
region. The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year award is one of the world`s
most prestigious business awards, honoring exceptional entrepreneurs who inspire
others with their vision, leadership and achievement. The winners were selected
by an independent judging panel made up of regional business, academic and
community leaders and recognized at a gala event at the Majestic Theater in
Dallas.

NAWBO/Wells Fargo Trailblazer Award

Warrior-Lawrence also recently received the National Association of Women
Business Owners/Wells Fargo Trailblazer Award which included a cash grant of
$5,000 to Heart of a Warrior Charitable Foundation - the nonprofit organization
she founded to provide educational-enrichment programs for underserved children.
Since 2002, the NAWBO/Wells Fargo Trailblazer Award honors three women
entrepreneurs in the U.S. for their talent, drive and entrepreneurial spirit and
recognizes "women business owners who have successfully developed unique
products, services or delivery channels in their businesses." The winners were
announced at the 2009 Women`s Business Conference in Chicago.

ICIC Inner City 100 Fastest Growing Companies

Warrior Group was listed on the 2009 ICIC Inner City 100 - a ranking of the
fastest-growing inner city companies in the country. The program is a
partnership between the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC), a
national, not-for-profit organization, and BusinessWeek SmallBiz magazine to
