RadNet, Inc. Reschedules its Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2007 Earnings Conference Call

LOS ANGELES--(Business Wire)--
RadNet, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDNT), a national leader in providing
high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic imaging services through a
network of owned and operated outpatient imaging centers, announced
today that it has rescheduled its conference call to discuss its
fourth quarter and full year 2007 results to Monday, March 31th, 2008
at 7:30 a.m. Pacific Time (10:30 a.m. Eastern Time) in order to give
RadNet and its auditors additional time to complete the audit of its
financial results.

   Investors are invited to listen to RadNet's conference call by

There will also be simultaneous and archived webcasts available at
www.radnet.com under the "Investors" menu section and "News Releases"
sub-menu of the website. An archived replay of the call will also be
