IZEA and Sponsored Tweets - Will In-Stream Advertising Jeopardize Twitter?

BURLINGTON, Ontario, July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Danny Brown, business and social
media branding consultant, has published a feature that questions IZEA's foray
into sponsored conversations on social network site Twitter. 

The social media marketing company is a world leader in sponsored
conversations and is a key player in the paid blogging arena. Now they're set
to unveil Sponsored Tweets, an advertising program for Twitter users.  

The question is whether IZEA will be as successful on Twitter. Users of the
service have reacted negatively to many advertising messages from similar
service Magpie, leading to blocked friends and people leaving the service.
There are fears IZEA's entry will only exacerbate this issue.
