appointed James Antal to the Company`s Board of Directors. Mr. Antal brings
decades of financial and management experience to GeneLink and will serve as
Chairman of the Audit Committee.

to 2001 and as Chief Investment Officer from 2001 to 2002. Currently, Mr. Antal
