BELLPORT, N.Y., July 14, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Perfumania Holdings, Inc.
(Nasdaq:PERF) announced that on July 13, 2009 it received confirmation from the
Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") that it has cured its previously disclosed
non-compliance with NASDAQ's requirements for continued listing resulting from
the Company's failure to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the
fiscal year ended January 31, 2009 and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the
fiscal quarter ended May 2, 2009. The Company filed its Annual Report on Form
10-K on July 2, 2009 and its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on July 10, 2009.
