Siena Technologies, Inc. Name Change to XnE, Inc. and 500 to 1 Reverse Took Effect July 1, 2009

Siena Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SIEN) is pleased to announce that
it has changed its name to XnE, Inc. and the new ticker symbol is
(PINKSHEETS: XNEZ). Along with the name change, a 500 to 1 reverse went
effective July 1, 2009.
Siena Technologies, Inc. CEO, Michael Cummings, stated, "The Company's
Board of Directors, as well as the Majority Shareholder, believes that the
Name Change is in the Company's best interest and is intended to more
accurately reflect the Company's operations and interests. At present, the
