Zilber Ltd., Gorman & Company, and National City Bank to Kick Off Construction
on Lead Project at Pabst Brewery Site
    Former Keg House to be converted into the Blue Ribbon Loft Apartments

    What:  Zilber Ltd., Gorman & Company and National City Bank will host a
           construction kick off ceremony at the Pabst Brewery site, the home
           of the future Blue Ribbon Loft Apartments. The Blue Ribbon Lofts
           Apartments kicks off the first major development in the
           redevelopment of the Pabst Brewery site. The 95-unit project will
           be redeveloped as a mixed income apartment building, affordable to
           families and individuals making 50% or 60% of area median income.
           The development will serve local artists, entrepreneurs and other
           members of the "creative class" with live-work units and through a
           variety of amenities such as a music studio, artists' workspaces
           and galleries, business center and conference rooms, a
           theater/presentation space and a fitness center. The National City
           Community Development Corporation is a key investor in the project.


           The event will feature remarks by:

           *       Tom Barrett , Mayor, City of Milwaukee

           *       Joseph Zilber, Founder and Chairman, Zilber Ltd.

           *       Beth Wnuk, President, National City Bank

           *       Antonio Riley, Executive Director, WHEDA
