CalFirst Bancorp Announces Third Quarter Dividend

IRVINE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
The Board of Directors of California First National Bancorp
(NASDAQ:CFNB) today declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount
of 12 cents ($.12) per share. The dividend will be payable on April 4,
2008 to all stockholders of record at the close of business on March
21, 2008.

California First National Bancorp is a diversified financial
services company with two primary businesses - leasing of high
technology capital assets to businesses and organizations nationwide,
and banking through an FDIC-insured national bank.
