Minnesota Sinfonia to Perform Kids Concert 'Save the Planet!' at Camp Courage
July 9

MINNEAPOLIS, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- The Minnesota Sinfonia will perform a Kids
Concert "Save the Planet!" with singer and storyteller, Kathleen Hardy, on
Thursday, July 9 at 3:30 p.m., at Camp Courage, 8046 - 83rd St. NW, Maple
Lake, Minn.  The Camp Courage concert is sponsored by the Central Minnesota
Arts Board. Come enjoy exciting, fun-filled lessons in music, recycling and
caring for our earth.  Admission is free and children are welcome. 

The concert by the Minnesota Sinfonia orchestra is one of three July concerts
just for kids, called "Save the Planet!"  The program uses classical music to
teach lessons and feature singer and storyteller Kathleen Hardy.  The other
concerts are set for Tuesday, July 7 at 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. at Como Park
in St. Paul.
