FleetPride Acquires Fleet Supply of Tallahassee, Inc.

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- FleetPride, Inc., the nation's
largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer
parts, announced today that it had completed the acquisition of Fleet Supply
of Tallahassee, Inc. The acquisition includes a 11,300 square foot warehouse
and machine shop located at 720 Blountstown Highway. With this acquisition,
FleetPride now has nine locations throughout Florida.

Fleet Supply of Tallahassee, previously owned by Van and Dorothy Johnson, has
been in business since 1965. Van Johnson, who started his career with Fleet
Supply at the age of 16, will stay on as Branch Manager.
