Xchanging Appoints Group Human Resources Director to Support Global Expansion
CHICAGO--(Business Wire)-- Xchanging, a fast growing, pure play global business processor company, announced the appointment of Daniel Kasmir as Group HR Director. Daniel will be responsible for developing and driving forward the HR strategy for Xchanging globally. He will focus on developing an HR strategy that strengthens Xchanging`s high performance culture, integrates its recent acquisition, Cambridge Solutions, and ensures that the Group`s policies and practices support its global aspirations. Daniel brings a wealth of experience working with large global organizations across a range of industries. He has held senior HR positions at Shell, Manpower and The Caudwell Group as well as at professional services firms in a range of business sectors and geographies. Daniel joins the Xchanging Management Board (XMB) and will report to CEO David Andrews. He will be based in London. Daniel holds a Degree in Economics and International Relations from the London School of Economics.
