BBB-/Baa3 for a series of Unit Investment Trusts offered by AAM, known as the
Advisors Corporate Trust - Navellier/Dial High Income Opportunities Series. The
Series 1 offering was deposited on June 24, 2009. AAM anticipates offering a new
series each month.
