Telcobuy Wins Multi-Year Supply Chain Management Contract with Alcatel-Lucent

national-scale, order-fulfillment and professional services contract with
Alcatel-Lucent (NYSE: ALU). The five-year supply chain management contract
includes end-to-end order fulfillment from warehousing to freight logistics.

Under the terms of the agreement, Telcobuy will perform order fulfillment and
deployment of Alcatel-Lucent`s installation-related materials, and manage its
North American supply chain for finished goods. The company will support all
Alcatel-Lucent product lines and consolidate existing logistics service centers
throughout the U.S. into a single state-of-the-art, 480,000 square foot
distribution center in Lewisville, Texas. Telcobuy will provide services through
