Jennifer Galardi, known throughout the fitness industry for creating kick-butt
workouts such as CRUNCH`s "Barre Assets," Kim Kardashian`s "Fit In Your Jeans By
Friday," Carmen Electra`s "Striptease" series, and Julianne Hough`s
soon-to-be-released dance fitness DVD series, has announced the release of her
first self-produced workout DVD: Jennifer Galardi`s Ballet Body Workout. 

Released and distributed through her production company, livWhole, Inc., the
dance-infused workout gives consumers a chance to tighten and elongate while
burning fat and building muscle tone. 

The DVD, appropriate even for those with no formal dance training, is divided
into five distinct sections:

     Warm Up: Not your average warm up, this traditional dance conditioning sequence delivers a great workout even when done on its own!                                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
     Strength: This segment focuses on developing strong, lean muscles without the bulk.      Balance: A standing series of exercises that incorporates balance to target every muscle in your body. The results?      Floor Barre: This segment takes it to the floor, working your muscles from a different position for enhanced results.
