Tranzon Launches New Accelerated Auction Marketing Campaign for Four Prime
Commercial Properties in Connecticut
Shopping Center, Medical Office, Industrial/Manufacturing with Outside Storage
& Multi-Family to be offered





NEW HAVEN, Conn., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzon Integrated Property Group
("Tranzon") has announced that after the successful auction disposition of a
90,000 sq. ft. Assisted Living Facility in Haddam, CT it is now launching a
new accelerated auction marketing campaign for four properties in Connecticut.
 The auctions will be held on November 12th & 13th . This multi-property
auction event is being billed as an "REO and Liquidation Special" said Oren
Klein, Vice President of Tranzon, and consists of REO property being sold by a
servicer, a short-sale candidate being sold by the owners, as well as
properties being sold pursuant to a partnership dissolution and an estate
sale.

On November 12th at 10AM, Tranzon will handle the auction sale of 326-330 East
Main Street in Waterbury, CT along with its Dallas affiliate, Tranzon Hanley.
The property, known as the St Regis, is over 38,000 sq. ft. and contains 38
residential units and 2 ground floor street retail units. 

At 1PM, the former Miller Johnson building located at 476 Pratt St, Ext (aka
950 Broad St) in Meriden will be auctioned off. This is a mixed use property
containing office, industrial, and manufacturing space. 

At 3:30PM that same day, the Central Plaza Shopping Center located at 280
Branford Rd in North Branford will be offered at auction in cooperation with
brokerage firm Ryer Associates. This income producing 50,000 sq. ft. center on
over 7 acres boasts several credit tenants including Dairy Queen, McDonald's
and the U.S. Post office. 

On November 13th, at 11AM, the Rockville Professional Building, located at 43
West Main St, in Vernon CT will be auctioned off. This medical/ professional
office and retail property is mostly occupied and is an excellent opportunity
for any investor.
