New Agreement Marks ION Life`s First Venture into Original Web-Exclusive Content

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
ION Life, the country`s first television network dedicated to promoting active
lifestyles, personal growth and wellness, has joined forces with Howcast.com,
the best source for fun, free, and useful how-to videos and guides, to share
short form digital content in a new partnership. The announcement was made today
by Marc Zand, Senior Vice President, Business Affairs and Digital Networks, ION
Media Networks and Alex Ellerson, Senior Vice President of Business Development
& Legal Affairs, Howcast.com.

Under the terms of the agreement, beginning today, IONLife.com and Howcast.com
will share content based on the existing programming line-up that airs on the
ION Life television network and the "best of" Howcast`s originally produced
content. ION will stream its how-to-video "web shorts" under the ION Life brand
across Howcast.com and its partner sites.

Highlights from ION Life`s content includes active/empowered living "how to`s"
such as "Make a Tasty Meal with Leftovers" from "The Urban Peasant;" "Make a
Topiary" from "Living Better with Steve Spitz;" "Spruce up a Room" from "Design
U;" Quick Peach Dessert" from "Bringing it Home;" and "Propose in a Gorilla
Suit" from "Say Yes and Marry Me."

Content from Howcast`s extensive library will focus on ION Life`s core themes of
healthy/active living featuring "How to Meditate," "How to Eat to Prevent
Cancer," How to Plant a Vegetable Garden," and "How to Prevent Running
Injuries."

"ION Life and Howcast are extremely compatible content partners in the `how-to'
lifestyle program space, which makes this arrangement a natural distribution and
brand extension for both parties," said Zand. "Our goal is to continue to build
strategic relationships and extend the awareness of our digital 24/7 Network
further into the online communities who desire more entertaining content across
all our content categories."

"We're very excited to be launching a partnership with ION Life," added
Ellerson. "This partnership will have our how-to video content being made
available to the rapidly growing community on the ION Life web site, as well as
ION Life's specialty programming -- packaged for web distribution -- being added
to Howcast's expanding library of high-quality, produced and curated
instructional content."
