General Motors Corp. (Pinksheets:GMGMQ) shares surged 39% to $1.17 as the
company emerged from the remains of bankrupt General Motors Corp. by taking over
the best assets of the biggest U.S. automaker. Investing in the new GM, General
Motors Company (the "new GM") currently has no publicly traded securities.

General Motors Corporation (now renamed "Motors Liquidation Company"), including

Dephi Corp. (Pinksheets:DPHIQ) jumped up 23% to $0.067 on no news. Delphi is a
global supplier of mobile electronics and transportation systems, including
powertrain, safety, thermal, controls and security systems,
electrical/electronic architecture and in-car entertainment technologies. Delphi
is a supplier of vehicle electronics, transportation components, integrated
systems and modules, and other electronic technology.
Copsync Inc. (OTCBB:COYN) is a software technology provider to law enforcement
and emergency service professionals. The Company announced yesterday that it has
successfully assisted its clients in applying for over ten million dollars in
Federal and State Grant Funds specifically written to fund the implementation of
the COPsync technology.
Entrust Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTU) moved up 7% to $1.96 after the Company announced it
has entered into an amendment to its merger agreement with an affiliate of Thoma
Bravo, LLC ("Thoma Bravo"). Under the terms of amended merger agreement, an
affiliate of Thoma Bravo will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Entrust
common stock for $2.00 per share in cash, in a transaction valued at
approximately $124 million. Entrust provides trusted solutions that secure
digital identities and information for enterprises and governments in 2,000
organizations spanning 60 countries.
