Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings given to
them in the securities note dated 17 April 2007 (the "Securities Note") relating
to the Notes.

Notice is hereby given that the Initial Threshold relating to the Class B Notes
on page 5 of the Securities Note should read EUR 566,250,000 (as detailed in the
Terms of the Credit Default Swap Agreement) and not EUR 453,000,000.
