Adea Spins Off Staffing Unit Under "Managed Staffing" Brand

  IRVING, TX, May 21 (MARKET WIRE) -- 
 Adea, Inc., a global consulting firm focused on Information Technology (IT)
and SAP solutions, announced today that it has spun-off its staffing
business.  It has been branded "Managed Staffing" (www.managedstaffing.com) and
is
focused on high volume staffing, payroll, and related vendor managed services
(VMS) with major Fortune 500 companies.

    Managed staffing is led by Abid Abedi as Chairman, Ron Abell as Vice
President, Sales, Raj Jaffrey as Vice President, Recruiting and Sundeep Reddy as
Director of Recruiting.  The entire management team has been with Adea for
over 8 years and has extensive experience managing this business. Managed
Staffing
headquarters is located in Irving, Texas and has offices in Minneapolis as well
as in India.
